Return / Exchange Policy 

NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORITY FROM MAGNA-SOLUTIONS LLC. AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST BE  MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS
SHIPPED PREPAID AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NONRETURNABLE.
ALL PRODUCTS HEREIN: WARRANTIED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURE ONLY. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE USE AND APPLICATION OF THEM,
THEREFORE, NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR INTENDED AS TO THEIR USE, HANDLING, OR RESULTS AFTER WORN, WASHED.


Returns

Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges. NO restock fees on instock items. 20% restocking may apply depending upon your items. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
Simply return the item or items-unworn/unwashed to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Tell us what you want it replaced with.

Order Cancellations
Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges and may require a 20% restocking. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above. Order shipped and refused by customer will not receive credit for shipping charges. All cancellations required confirmation from our customer service department.

Defects in Workmanship
Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. Within 7 days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, 570-309-0273, or phone within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the sales invoice, item, and your name.)
